If Darwin Was Right, Hitler Wasn't Wrong - Has Darwin Murdered God? Series

Darwin was a racist. Hitler was a racist. And so were a lot of people I've known down through the years. God is not racist. Biblical Christianity is not racist. If we have respect to person we commit sin (James 2:9).

The original title of Darwin's Origin of the Species has been largely forgotten: The Origin of the Species by Means of Natural Selection or The Preservation of the Favored Races in the Struggle for Life.

Darwin wrote in The Descent of Man as recored in the World Book Encyclopedia 1952, p. 336 that "At some future period, not very distant as measured by centuries, the civilized races of man will almost certainly exterminate and replace, the savage races throughout the world." And the late Steven Jay Gould of Harvard University said, "Biological arguments for racism may have been common before 1850, but they increased by orders of magnitude following the acceptance of evolutionary theory." Ontogeny and Phylogony, pp. 127-128.

The moral implications of atheistic darwinian teaching are astounding. If Darwin was right, and there is no God, then even the atrocities of HItler were not wrong. He would have only been alpha male who destroyed those he felt to be inferior. In fact his whole ideal of a master race was influenced if not created entirely by Darwinian Evolutionary teaching.

Do not get the wrong idea. I am not suggesting that either Darwin or Hitler were right. Another title for this blog could have been Darwin Was Wrong, and Hitler wasn't right. The fact is that HItler was greatly influenced by Darwinian evolution.

If Darwin was right, nothing is wrong. There is no accountability to God and there are no moral absolutes. But what if Darwin was wrong?

An excerpt from "The end of faith":

One look at the book of Deuteronomy reveals that he has something very specific in mind should your son or daughter return from yoga class advocating the worship of Krishna:

If your brother, the son of your father or of your mother, or your son or daughter, or the spouse whom you embrace, or your most intimate friend, tries to secretly seduce you, saying, “Let us go and serve other gods, unknown to you or your ancestors before you, gods of the peoples surrounding you, whether near you or far away, anywhere throughout the world, you must not consent, you must not listen to him; you must show him no pity, you must not spare him or conceal his guilt. No, you must kill him, your hand must strike the first blow in putting him to death and the hands of the rest of the people following. You must stone him to death, since he has tried to divert you from Yahweh your God. . . .(Deuteronomy 13:7-11)"

Wherever people get their morality from it is NOT from the bible.
